Support should
be accessible.
We want Lumina to be usable on a phone or computer, with a keyboard and with assistive technology.
What we are working towards
We aim for clear headings, labelled controls, visible keyboard focus, readable contrast, text alternatives and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. We use WCAG 2.2 AA as a design and testing reference, not as a claim of certified conformance.
Current status
A full independent accessibility audit has not been completed. We cannot currently confirm that every page or interaction meets every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion. Complex plan tables, exercise media, dialogs and third-party account journeys need ongoing testing with assistive technology.
Get help or report a barrier
Contact [email protected]. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing—your device, browser and assistive technology. You do not need to provide medical information. Let us know if you need information in another format or help completing a task; we will discuss a suitable way to help.
