The support around your treatment

Medication is one part.
You deserve support for the rest.

Taking a GLP-1 but still unsure what to eat, how to train or what changes to expect? You should not have to piece it all together alone.

Eat with a plan

Less appetite.
Still a person to nourish.

Lumina turns your preferences into measured recipes and a clear meal routine. Bring low appetite, difficulty eating or concerns about your intake to your prescriber or a registered dietitian for individual advice.

Build a routine

Strength, confidence
and everyday movement.

Home or gym training with start-and-finish demonstrations, realistic activity targets and room for recovery. A plan to follow—not a demand to do more every day.

Look beyond one number

Understand the changes.
Know where to turn.

Optional weight trends, measurements and reflections help you see the bigger picture. Coaching supports everyday habits; medical concerns belong with your healthcare team.

The questions people really ask

“What about my hair?
What about my face?

You are allowed to care about how you feel and look. You deserve useful information, not fear or a miracle promise.

Hair shedding

Weight loss can trigger temporary shedding. Stress, illness and iron deficiency are other possible causes; not every case has the same explanation. If you are worried about hair loss, see your GP to understand the cause.

We can help organise meals and flag when you need an individual review. Lumina cannot diagnose hair loss or guarantee its prevention.

Facial changes and “Ozempic face”

This popular phrase describes changes such as reduced facial fullness during weight loss. Rapid weight loss can contribute, and changes vary between people. It is not a diagnosis of what is happening to you.

No meal plan, supplement or coaching subscription can promise to prevent these changes. Speak with your healthcare team if they concern you; we will not turn that concern into an appearance guarantee.

Alongside your healthcare team

A daily plan.
Not another thing
to work out.

Measured meals. Demonstrated movements. Progress you can review. A route to ask a coach when everyday life gets complicated.

And support beyond the goal.

Your member area includes Next chapter: reaching a goal, preparing a prescriber conversation about stopping GLP-1, and a four-week maintenance-focused routine.

Any medication change stays with your prescriber. Lumina does not prescribe or supply treatment.
